Does anyone out there have any info (pref. owner's manual) on a : Consolidated Electrodynamics Corp  Model  MCF60  Diffusion pump; and a : Consolidated Vacuum Corp Model GIC110A Vacuum  Gauge?  ( I really need the CFM/oil amount and minimum backing pressure for the pump;  I don't really want to scrap the gauge as it goes down to 10 -8)  Thnank You, Dan.
